Dia Designs is committed to protecting your privacy. Your name and any other personal information related to you will not be disclosed to a third party unless you give your permission, or unless the law requires us to do so. Placing an Order: When you place a credit card order via my website or by phone, the following information is required by my credit card processing company to complete the transaction: your name, billing address, phone number, credit card type, credit card number, expiration date. All sensitive information is encrypted and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Your credit card information is never stored on my computer. In case of credit card fraud, I may share your credit card information with the proper legal authority. Your name and address is supplied to my shipping carrier, USPS.
Mailing Lists: I maintain a mailing list of people who want to be notified about class schedules and events.
I will only add your name to a mailing list when I have your permission and will remove your name at your request. My lists are never sold to third parties.

General Information: Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, please allow 5-7 business days for me to fill your order. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Shipments to MD addresses will autmatically be charged 6% sales tax on their order.
Domestic Shipments:
Dia Designs offers shipping in the continental United States via United States Postal Service Prioroty Mail. Shipping and Handling on all items is $6.95
Internationl Shipments: Dia Designs will ship a small flat rate box of less than four pounds to your address according to the United States Postal Service International Shipping rates as posted at

Returns

Please remember that all jewelry is handmade and no two pieces are identical. This guarantees you a truly unique work of art. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased within 15 days of your receipt of the item. Please email me at info@DiaDaniels.com to let me know you would like to request a return. I'm sorry, but there is no refund on shipping/handling charges.
Please take the following steps to ensure a smooth return. 1. Return items in their original packaging and with all security tags still attached. If any tags are removed, the item cannot be returned. 2. Include a copy of the original invoice 3. Please let me know the reason for your return -- I strive to provide the best possible service and product for my customers. 4. The return address will be included in your order.
Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Please insure your return or use a method such as trackable Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx to have a record of your return. I am not responsible for lost or items damaged during shipping.
I will credit your account on the card used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. I'm sorry, but there is no refund on Shipping/Handling on returned merchandise.

Class Registration

Pre registration for class is required.
If class is cancelled by Dia Designs, a full refund will be made.
Cancellations requested by students prior to 24 hours before the class will be honored with a $10 processing fee. There will be no refunds on classes cancelled within 24 hours of the class .
